5.3.12. Tournament Streaming

Gameness retains the broadcast and management rights of tournaments as granted by game publishers' licenses, unless otherwise specified by the publishers. This arrangement is subject to change based on individual agreements with publishers and current legal requirements.

Live broadcasts can be on different channels and in different languages. Gameness reserves the rights to the languages it will broadcast live in, in accordance with publisher agreements and local regulations.

Users must obtain permission from tournament referees before starting their own live streams. Broadcasting rules may vary depending on the games played, tournament organizer type, and publisher restrictions. Different permissions or limitations may apply based on these factors, so users need to carefully review and adhere to the specific guidelines provided for each event.
