# 5.3.17.1 Staff

Gameness staff begin their duty by receiving training as a tournament referee. They review the tournament rules and ensure that the tournaments go smoothly.

In return for their services, Gameness staff gain the right to attend events free of charge, premium user rights, and the right to work at events. In addition to these rights, adequate staff are entitled to regular bonuses.
