1.2. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

In case of any dispute, legal action, or controversy arising from the pre-sale, ICO/IDO, the token sale processes, this website, platform or any material associated with it, including links, information, or access provided through the Gameness website, the governing law shall be that of the Republic of Seychelles. The legal authorities of the courts of the Republic of Seychelles shall have exclusive and sole jurisdiction over such matters. All proceedings shall be conducted in English, as one of the official languages of the Republic of Seychelles, and all documentation must be submitted in or officially translated to English. The parties hereby irrevocably waive any objection to the jurisdiction of such courts and any claim that such courts provide an inconvenient forum.
